Individual Retreats

Disclaimer: This retreat is a wellness and educational experience and is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. Participation does not create a therapist-client relationship and is not covered by HIPAA.

What You Can Expect

Individual retreats offer an opportunity to step away from everyday responsibilities and reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more intentional way. These retreats are thoughtfully designed to create space for reflection, grounding, and insight—without pressure or overwhelm.

Through guided reflection, psychoeducation, mindfulness practices, and time in nature, you’ll be supported in understanding emotional patterns, releasing self-blame, and reconnecting with your inner clarity.

You can expect:

  • Intentional space to slow down and reflect

  • Trauma-informed guidance and structure

  • Mindfulness and grounding practices

  • Time in nature with reflective intention

  • Opportunities for insight, rest, and integration

Why Join an Individual Retreat?

Sometimes healing requires more than fitting yourself into an already full schedule.

An individual retreat allows you to:

  • Step out of survival mode

  • Gain clarity around what you’ve been carrying

  • Understand patterns shaped by past experiences

  • Reconnect with yourself in a supportive, contained environment

  • Leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and oriented

This is not about fixing yourself—it’s about understanding yourself.

Who These Retreats Are For

These retreats are created with women of color in mind—women who often carry emotional weight quietly while showing up for everyone else. At the same time, individual retreats welcome anyone who feels ready to pause, reflect, and begin deeper healing in a supportive and inclusive space.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need the willingness to show up for yourself.

Transformative Healing Pathways retreats are wellness-based and educational experiences. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and participation does not create a therapist-client relationship. These services are not covered by HIPAA. If you need mental health support, please seek care from a licensed provider in your area.
